KWA Construction is named a finalist in multifamily rental community of the year.

KWA Construction has been nominated as a finalist in the category of “Multifamily Rental Community of the Year”, for the construction of Churchill Estates at Lake Highlands.

Churchill Estates at Lake Highlands, developed by Churchill Residential, Inc., is a 175 unit luxury apartment community designed for active adults over the age of 55.  The community will offer gourmet meals, a wellness center, movie studio, bistro, and billiards room.  In addition, an emphasis will be placed on healthy lifestyle choices and getting involved in a wide range of activities and events.  KWA Construction, L.P. completed construction of the community Winter 2009.

The McSAM Awards were created in 1979 by the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater Dallas in recognition of Sales and marketing excellence.  The McSAM Award is given to builders, Developers, and Associates who have made a significant and creative contribution in residential marketing.
